I think you forget the fact that it IS a safety issue. We dont have to chastise drunk drivers, street racers and others, society does that as they know how dangerous it is. Society (and hell, many of the people "building" these cars even!) don't know or understand how dangerous Hellaflush stuff is.

If you want to limit the functionality of a car while being very dangerous, that's your prerogative but we want others who are just curious about getting into this that there is a danger associated with it, something they may not have thought about before. Street racers know it's dangerous, drunker drivers know it's dangerous, stanced drivers should know it's dangerous as well. All three are fairly bad ideas but is your job to make your own (Informed!) decision.
