Dude its ok-I wasn't more clear. That is a pet peeve of mine as well. And yes in the past when I would be in the far left I would move over because I'm always checking my rear view so I spot them way in advance.
I just don't understand the need to tailgate when both passing lane and 'slow lane' as I call it is open. Blows my mind everytime...
