There are no brackets for these; they mount using the dog-ears on the caliper. Spacing between boltholes on the dog-ears should be the same as the knuckle. Any brackets that came with your STI calipers are merely futile attempts by Subaru to make the calipers quieter.

The circled portions are brackets that mount to the rear between the knuckle and caliper; they are harmonic dampeners that Subaru used in an attempt to make the calipers more livable.
