There are less than 2 dozen E85 pumps in all of Maryland, and I think almost half of them are government/private - Social Security, Goddard Spaceflight, Ft Meade, Andrews AFB, County Govs...
None of the ones that are open to the public, as far as I know, are convenient to Ellicott City/Howard County/Baltimore. Most of them are down by DC - Rockville, Bethesda, Gaithersburg, and Germantown. The closest one that I found is 15 miles from me, in the opposite direction from work (and I'm not 100% sure it's open). In any case, not worth it for me to drive down there every time I need fuel.

yeah...maryland is, in many ways, worse than Virginia in the "move along, subject" type stuff. People have gotten what they voted for in SPADES in this state.
