Seriously though, I'd probably remove the console from the car, mask and coat it in mold release and then lay up fiberglass or similar to make the curve I want, then use that as the mold to do a second layup (leaves thickness for upholstery) then upholster it.
Not much to it except a crap ton of time and expensive materials.
