Here'a trick I used way back in the day. Kiwi black shoe polish paste. Wiped it on then buffed it off just like you were doing your shoes. I was almost tempted to try it today. If I remember right it worked great and lasted a long time. This was back before anyone had even thought about detailing their tires with a dressing, probably because no one made a dressing. Showing my age .
