And I know a lot of people are getting great service from him. I am not docking the guy for not taking care of others I am merely frustrated that I have said crap and just waited for 2 months for my cable. (Maybe an email or two here and there.) and the one time I call too many times its like HEY GUY FUCK YOU. And that for me is just very frustrating.
