Yes, I will Lemon Law the car. The process will be to submit to abritration and if I don't like the offer from that I can choose full refund. Ohio law is pretty consumer friendly in this area. Here is a quote directly from Ohio Revised Code (our state law).
In the case of a sale, the contract price for the motor vehicle=, including charges for transportation, undercoating, dealer-installed options and accessories, dealer services, dealer preparation, and delivery charges; all finance, credit insurance, warranty, and service contract charges incurred by the consumer; and all sales tax, license and registration fees, and other government charges.

Unlike some other states, there is no penalty for miles driven.

They also have to pay attorney fees, court costs. The title will forever be 'branded' with verbage stating it was lemon law returned.
