I bought two now, despite having the problem with the first one. Now I have a silver FR-S and Blue Limited BRZ. FR-S may get lemon'd if Claytone doesn't offer me something big. If he does, I'll keep both. I have a kid in college who would love to have a 2 year old FR-S when he graduates.

Really? It's hard to imagine that any new sport car buyer-enthusiast would consider that to be a "bright side."
How about this: The dim side is that Toyota blew it on a) the head design of this engine and b) the handling of this warranty-recall (it may yet turn into a full-on recall). The bright side is that, once this gets sorted out, say in MY 2014, the car will be what we all want it to be: a marvelous, affordable sports car.
