As much as I agree with you two 100%, the only reason I've gone to bestbuy is simply because it's a major company that if anything woes wrong for any reason they will pay for the damages. If I took it to a small shop not saying they'll do a bad job but if they Fk something im sure there going to try to get out of paying for the damages. 3 years back I got my alarm/remote starter installed at bestbuy. The car (Tc) had less then 400 miles and they scratched the side skirt a deep small scratch. Could not be seen if the door was closed. I told the guy about it and he called the manager, manager took pictures of the damage and told me to get an estimate of the damage. So I did and next day I got a refund for the alarm install and in top if that I got a check for the damage. Really good customer service never did they try to talk there way out of it or try to blame me in any way.
