It's not as simple as first come first served unfortunatley.
There are "Restrictions" at the factory when it comes to builds.
Your particular build request can come unstuck at either, model variant, transmission, or colour build allocations from the factory. (ie: the might only have schedules for 20 x GTS Manual Pegasus White, for that production run and mine could be number 21 requested that month so i miss out).
Then there is also the fact the there are over 200 Toyota dealers across Australia all requesting builds and some (like us) weren't actually allocated any for August-November so it was a long shot of getting any built before December.
