I gotta say I drove both a F430 Scuderia and a Lamborghini Gallardo both with paddle shifters when I was in Vegas on their track and while it was really cool to use the paddle shifters and awesome driving cars I'll never own I can't say I enjoyed or felt connected to the car at all as oppose to driving around in a S2K shifting through the gears yourself

Generally depends on the person. :P You can be one of those who sometime feel like kickin' back and just driving or sometime you just want to push the car. :> But dang.. I want to drive a lambo.
