With that said maybe I just have a different view on it because my dealership does take care of these things quickly.

It's more focused on the time that owners have to take off from their regular schedule to bring the car in. Yeah, they are little issues and yeah they are covered but one would think that paying 27K for a brand new car, you wouldn't have to go through this process.
