Great to hear some good news from some of you guys!
For me, scion keeps telling me they are waiting for a part maybe ECU? But they have no estimated date for when it will arrive. So noone is working on my car, and it is just sitting in the dealership awaiting "the part". And the Scion rep beats around the bush about what is going on. She said that there are engineers currently working on a permanent fix and then once they get a permanent fix they will create the part and manufacture it.
Does it make any sense?
Im driving a Camry Rental car that is all scratched up. Is that acceptable?

So according to her, the ECU is just a patch until they can fix the mechanical part going wrong in the motor, then another possible reflash might come to set it back to "normal" with the revised parts? Man, I hope she's clueless and the problem stops at just the ECU...
