Toyota have become too comfortable selling their corollas, hilux, camrys, yaris, rav4s, that they have become complacent and really some of the attitudes and customer service that some dealers are displaying towards 86 buyers are just bad.

Not providing enough information, being in the dark and generally clueless and don't really care whether you cancel or not seems to be the norm.

Vote with your money people, if you are uncomfortable with the indefinite wait period - just simply cancel and get your deposit back.

When and if Toyota gets themselves sorted out and by then probably there is a second revision of the 86 then you can put yourselves down and possibly save some heartache!
