In the 5-6 times we've done this, most everyone who wants it later either doesn't show up anyway because 9:30 is too early and everyone else ends up complaining that the whole run was stuck behind some grandpa going 15mph in a 45. So the preference has been to shoot for the early AM =)
I've also done twilight runs around 7p, and those can be nice, but it kind of cramps the day and also interferes with many going to a game of some sort. But twilight is also fun and worth considering if there's interest there.
