I don't have to take the visual portion of the smog test, but I read the first page and it sounds like I have to take off my ACE 350 header and put my OEM header and ECU back to pass? If I don't have to do a visual inspection, is it a possible to have a tune that passes SMOG while keeping the aftermarket header on? Thanks for answering my dumb question.

As long as there are no CEL's on you should be good to go without considering a visual inspection. The only thing I can think of is if the OBDII readiness check doesn't pick up of the secondary o2 sensor, generally disabled on tunes, then you
might have an issue.
