I ran 343/400 on my old car, it was about right for a dual duty car, IMO. Neutral rake and the bigger Whiteline bar (I'd do Karcepts now, no question) and the car was balanced extremely well. Stock diff, but if I was doing the Lugod spring rate split I'd want to run a Giken.

If you do the math on ride frequency, most folk's setups make zero sense. They're bandaiding the messed up spring rates with shock settings.


Also, FWIW I have Lugod's shocks on my RX-8 and while I wouldn't say they're perfect, they're really really good. I recently changed the spring rates and the car is a LOT happier than it was at nats. I was too busy campaigning my STR car to dedicate the time to making the RX-8 better too, ugh.
