Mac Struts don't help the tire wear unfortunately. You would have to run so much neg camber to use the contact patch evenly on the track, that it's impractical for daily driving and camber that's manageable for daily driving just isn't enough to evenly wear the tire on the track.
So you're left with 1 option: Rotate your tires a lot. Thanks to a quick jack, I rotate tires every session (rule limited to -3.5) but my tires do wear much faster. You could probably get away with 2-3, then rotate. Don't pay attention to the direction of the tread either because the "directional" function is for water displacement so if the track is dry - the carcass doesn't care what direction they are rotating in.
