b1900 SRS airbag code, Need help

As the title states. I have an SRS airbag code on my 2013 Subaru BRZ. The code is B1900, and I have tried resetting it but it comes back on when the car is shut off and turned back on again. Either there is a problem still or maybe it is handwritten in the SRS module. I am not sure.

Additionally, if anyone could help me figure out this B1900 code that would be really helpful as I am unsure what I can do to fix it. I have already tried unplugging and re-plugging the cable.

I bought my 2013 Subaru BRZ used and the last owner had a harness bar installed. The original front left hand and right hand seat belts were not removed, but the top bolts were undone and the seatbelt was wound up and tucked behind the b pillar. The guy said that it turned on once he installed the harness bar. I removed it and rebolted the seat belts. So there is no longer a harness bar and the seat belts/ seats are stock.

The B1900 code states:

Faulty Front Seat Outer Belt Left (LH) (Front Driver Side Pretensioner Squib) Front Seat Outer Belt Left (LH) harness is open or shorted Front Seat Outer Belt Left (LH) circuit poor electrical connection Faulty Center Airbag Sensor Assembly

There seems to be nothing wrong with the seatbelt.
