Speaking of breaking the window, Car window (sides) are not that easy to break, although I have no experience of breaking it in the first place. Somehow I think even the police needs some kinds of tools (a hammer or something) to break the window if they need to. I know the windshield will not break, it get fractures because of a thin plastic layer between two layers of glass. In order to break the wind shield, you really need to kick it out very hard. Again this was not feasible for that poor female driver.
I understand all the fuss of not having automatic windows. I am trying to convey that by having this nice feature, we are reducing one possible exit method when accident happens.

I'm not trying to be insensitive but in a life or death situation adrenaline kicks in if you're male or female so being female doesn't have anything to do with it and I've never had to break a window but I'm sure if you needed to you could, plus there are usually 2+ doors on a car to open unless they were all jammed. Also they sell glass breaking tools you can keep in your car, and they have them on some flashlights and knives and all sorts of stuff so being prepared doesn't hurt, even if it is being prepared to help someone else. And I never said manual windows were bad I just said I didn't like them, yes they have their positives but they also have negatives.
