I have the SPL rear LCAs and aftermarket coilovers, swaybar, and swaybar endlinks just like you. This is what works for me.

1) Leave all of the mounting bolts (knuckle, coilover, swaybar endlink) loose until you've got all of the bolts in the same holes on both LCAs.
2) Tighten all of the bolts, order doesn't matter.
3) Put the rear end of the car back onto the ground
4) Minimize the total length of your swaybar endlinks while zeroing out any preload on the sway bar. (Zeroing out preload has to be done with the car on the ground)
