Are you receiving 12v, but the light doesn't turn on? Or do you not have 12v power being supplied at all? A multimeter is your best friend here, both for checking for power and checking fuses.
If you have no 12v, then as @
soundman98 said check fuses. I would also suggest bench testing the light off the car first with a 12v power source/inverter.
If there is 12v, then there's likely a problem with the board or connections.
