Then apparently something happened recently with someone else at the same shop and they posted it as a review. And basically you can see the response to them by the owner of said shop. I won't say I believe one side or the other in this case because I'm sure both are exaggerated. But just seeing how the reaction to that negative review is eerily similar to the reaction to mine makes things a bit suspect.
But the part that's just mind-boggling to me is said business owner not just accepting that somebody may have had a bad experience, taking some kind of meaningful feedback about it as a learning experience, and such. And then clearly new "reviews" have popped up that are overwhelmingly positive since the negative one was posted. Like friends are trying to drown out the "noise".

Figured that this might be it.
I never rust reviews that show up praising something with a date even close to a bad review. They always seem fishy.
