Well, back in my Army days, I always carried my shot record with me on my person. Although we were responsible for carrying our medical records with us when we changed duty stations, I found it handy to have my shot record in my billfold.

Why? Because the aggressive medical personnel at the entry point always wanted to give me another series of shots! I wasn't going to take any chances on getting a "peanut butter" shot.
