If these different color engine covers were truly OEM, they would have a different part number than the one I posted in the picture above. The fact that actual blue plastic was used in the part that MJones_RB posted in his picture is leading me to believe it is indeed an actual OEM part. However, I'd like to see concrete evidence with a Subaru part number on it backing this up. The part number of the blue cover will differ slightly from the part number of the black cover and will be on the side that did NOT get melted.
