That dip does not look catastrophically bad to me. It appears that the ecu is "hunting" a little, but it's brief. If this is the way Toyota intended for the car to perform, then it's crappy car making, but not necessarily a problem.
Stalling is another issue. If you are experiencing any stalling, then I would consider that a problem.
