Here's what I don't understand; I spoke with analysis from Blackstone who said this is normal for an engine that just had this type of recall work. I explained to him that too much sealer has been linked to the cause of many engines blowing up. He hadn't heard of this but is now researching it. He also said that brand new vehicles from factory will test higher levels of silicon than mine, but it should dissipate by the next oil change. Just wanted to share this test result and hear any comments or suggestions, thank you

I too had high silicon (94) and Iron (24), and I was also told this was normal. Silicon in the oil isn't what causes problems post recall.
Chunks of silicon breaking off causes the failure. Silicon trace in the oil is from offgassing, which will occur any time new silicon is used.
I think we're gonna be ok man.
