In case you did mean to be quoting me, the LEDs will not out perform the HIDs. This is a common complaint among high end cars like with the optional LED headlights on the Porsche 911; sure, they look unique, but the HIDs will have better illumination and penetration. Don't believe me? Here is a quote from TRS to a reply in the comments of their Youtube video:
