If they are going to be offering several versions of this car why not have different engine options as well?

Also, if this has been talked about 100x why are you still logging on? No one knows anything more about this car then what has already been discussed. Everything is pretty much speculation.

Yes but have you seen the Cobalt SS

Also the Cobalt will only make 300 after a tune while you have no clue what the ft86 will make after a tune as well (doubtfully 300 with no turbo but you cant compare tune to stock either way)

Cobalt also comes with a 5 speed and I deff want a 6 speed. The power to weight of a stock Cobalt SS is 11.3 which is worst than the 10.8 you complained about.

comparing one good trait of a car isnt going to help you here.

Can the Cobalt engine make more power with a tune? Yes, but what engine cant

Is the Cobalt a better package than the FT86 based off speculated info? Not by a long shot

I will say it again this car isnt built with drag in mind. Its all about the track and winding roads with this one. The FT86 isnt trying to be the powerhouse car but a revival of the simply joy of driving

Nissan lied about the output of the GTR but I think that was just to boast that it was much more underpowered than its rivals and murdering them all
