I saw the classified post for these wheels at a firm $1,200 and didn't want to blow it up there, but I can't see anyone wanting to do anything with these other than sell them. Agreed with this. $1,200 is a fair price (though not the screaming deal that you seem to think it is), but those aren't going to be highly desirable wheels.
For OEM options the 17" TRD forged wheels are far more desirable IMO. I did get a screaming deal on a set, picking up 5 of them with OEM tires and TPMS for $650. Normally a used set with tires/TPMS would sell around $900-1,000ish.
You can likely get $1,200 for them, but finding the right buyer (especially restricted to local) is quite likely going to take awhile.
