Save your self some money do it yourself.
You'll need to buy some tools,
Magnetic flexible pick up tools,
Long reach needle nose pilers,
Some short/long wrench extensions,
A 6 pack of beer or your choice,
Fingers less gloves,
Band aids,
Loud music to cover up you cursing like a sailor.

That should do it. Just take your time, practice removing extensions one handed, and with needle noses. Oh and make sure to do back stretching exercises. You'll be bent over for a while.
