Interestingly, Utah at least is having massive air pollution issues. They're not a CARB state.
Track-only cars should have to follow the same pollution laws as all cars. The point is clean air. I get nauseous with all the fumes at tracks.
As for exhaust sound, it's annoying too. I do like the photo of the add-ons for Laguna Seca. Loud exhausts only make sense for motorcycles, and motorcycles don't make sense at all.
