re fuel, the two times happened with different tank of gas and i never fill with non first tier gas. I did have some 100+ oct gas recently from Laguna seca and the last tank was mixture of half 91 half 101. Indeed, the first times that it happened, i believe, was the 2nd morning of track event, which would have been 100% 100 oct ( 100oct is called for JRSC'ed car at track ) So good point. Now that it's back to full 91, i shall keep an eye to see if that happens again.
