Not enough sample data to know, and it won't really be known for a long time.
Currently, the most common optino is to just run it on the stock engine, knowing it *might* not last. Many have been surprised with how long it's gone.
There's a JRSC car doing over 345whp, that has been boosted almost 100k miles with 140k on the clock. Original motor.
