Edelbrock is confident enough in their CARB level of output, that they will warranty your powertrain. It's up to you to decide if 300whp is okay for you or not.
That being said, CSG has built hundreds (yes, literally hundreds) of FI/E85 setups locally that have run without issue, and many are approaching that 100k mark.
It all really depends on how you use the power. If you want to be nice to the engine, keep the RPMs high when you are flooring it, keep your oil cool, and perform regular maintenance with top shelf products.
My turbo car is at 300wtq 360whp, and I track it.

I just want to know the minimum work on the engine required to make it reliable at those power figures, assuming somebody *doesn't* want to chance a stock engine.
