How to check for excessive silicone sealant???

My 14' car is approaching the end of the power train warranty with 50k miles.. Reading through here gets me paranoid from hearing about peoples oil galleries getting clogged with excessive silicone sometimes causing problems with cam gears and in some cases starved bearings.. I've done an oil analysis with blackstone labs and silicon level showed average.

Is there a way to check without tearing down the engine?

Are there preliminary signs like: low oil pressure ect, oil analysis with high silicon?

Ideas on preventing serious damage? like install oil pressure gauge ect..?

Is the primary source of the excessive sealant just the front cover or has anyone found it to be in other places?

If anyone that had a sealant related oil problem wants to share their experience here that would be ideal.

But maybe I am just too paranoid
