I painted my OEM mudflaps silver, and they looked awesome. Couldn't find a pic of when I had them. I used adhesion promoter, primer, D6S Scion Paint and clear.

Holy cow that looks great. Almost makes me want to paint my OEM mudflaps to match the halo paint.
