Rear wanting to swap ends means when it wasnt doing it before means you have toe-out on 1 of the rear tires. I tapped a wall while doing a time attack event with my rear driver side rim and it got me an instant -0.25 toe there when there was 0 before. The car was soo loose at turn in after that. Like everyone else said, take it to an alignment shop and it should be a quick fix. Toe in the rear is just an excentric bolt so it can slip out of position without a big hit.
