I mean, if you are going to have the transmission and engine out anyway, you are better off just doing it then. I don't see any way a tougher drive train can cause you problems. Maybe slightly slower due to increased losses, but I doubt you would even notice.

Edit, assumed tranny was coming out too. If that's not the case, then ignore my first sentence.
