No ideas how much you'll get as when it was happening in CS you only got one camber bolt and ssc will give you two, but back then people were getting -2 or more.
Edit iirc the washer/no washer is not irrelevant as you'll still be using the crash bolt in the upper hole and the spc in the bottom hole. I'd be surprised if this was enough to get you -3 which is probably what people would want so you'll still be asking the alignment guy for maximum negative up front.
