If they do fit what tire specs would you guys reccomend?

Currently bone stock suspension. I will be upgrading and lowering eventually, but will probably eat through this set of tires long before then. So I am more concerned about wheel fitment than anything. I will probably want to eventually run 245s or 235s though instead of the 255s. I am most concerned with fitment to the suspension being +45 offset. Has anyone run a similar size?

Long story short, I have a potential really good deal on the sur4's and have been looking at the c4's for a while. Reasonably priced and strong, even if they are not the lightest wheel in the world.
+45 will be extremely close and will probably rub on stock suspension/struts and more so when lowered. Most people run 3mm spacers in the front to get that clearance needed.

245/40 is a good choice for tire size. 255's are a little overkill, but it will fit.
