it depends on what you are trying to do and what is your experience with drifting.

for some one just starting take the car for two event completely stock just to get feeling for the car i dont recommend drifting without coilover but still you need to drift stock first to get used to the car.

then try coilover ,uel headers that is enough for long time,e85 will help but not necessary then you can start adding more slowly.

you dont need to get aftermarket suspension to drift a car but once you get used to stock angle and the car ,your choice are pbm or wisefab there are other kits but they dont give you as much angle ,and once you get the angle you will need more power so start slow its alot cheaper reliable and more fun to be able to drive to the track and back to your place with no issues

dont forget to remove the abs fuse and up the air pressure.
i use ns-20 205/40r17 with 60psi it cost about 65$ installed.
