As far as the "shop", all the work done on the car has taken place in my garage, at my house.

As far as training, I have fairly extensive Subaru mechanical repair experience, but no previous metal work, body or paint experience.

Metal body work was done using a 5lb sledgehammer, a 16oz ball-pein hammer, a standard drill, a close quarters drill a 4" angle grinder, a dremmel tool, a borrowed welder and many miscellaneous bits & hand tools. All the underbody and fender bracing paintwork has been done using spray primer, sealer & two specially ordered cans to match the factory paint (OEM base gray for under hood and OEM base silver coat).

Labor has all been completed by myself with the help of my wife and some welding help from a co-worker.

Parts are a mix of used as I could find them, and new.
Gah! Quit using common sense and applied intelligence! We can't buy that!
