If that motor had different (larger flow) injectors then it was almost certianly running forced induction . You dont need larger port injectors on Naturally aspirated motors even to run E85.

I was able to find my messages to the seller in a backup and he does actually say he was running E85, but nothing about changed injectors. I bet he was tuned for them, didn't pull them out, and forgot about them.
