That's not even close to what I said, and you know it.
It's not a requirement. It's not almost a requirement. It's not even close to being a requirement. Even in many situations where more power would be helpful, it's still not a requirement.
It is a requirement if you want to drive like enough of a douche in traffic to impress ricers, hillbillies and guidos.
