My car runs hot in traffic after 30 mins, and driving over long time on just local roads in this heat. Coolant temps run 230-235, oil temps 230-240 with the a/c on. Running 5w20 oil. I have to turn on the heat to keep the coolant temps stable or untill I pickup some speed. What else can I do to help? Vent the fenders? Cut open the skid pan? Thicker oil? Coolant was replaced earlier this year with OEM Subaru Blue.

I live in the Palm Springs area, today was over 110 and has been this way for over a month. Daily driving water temps always stay at 197 to 204, reading taken from ECU. I have Koyo radiator, engine oil and tranny cooler, vented hood and fender side inserts and run Puroil 10-40 oil.
