He must be refering to wrapping the coil packs in reflective gold tape. That has worked for almost everyone. It didnt quite work for me, they lasted longer, but still went. Adding hood vents + the gold tape has make them last it seems (4 track days no problem so far, usually after 2 or 3 I start getting the code).
