Please note that all 4 calipers, rotors and even pads are different between GT and GTS. The biggest issue will be the larger diameter front rotors (GT:277mm vs GTS:294mm).
You will also find the ride and handling performance is reduced (16" tyre has a stiffer sidewall [despite higher profile] and stiffer ride), so might want to test drive both to see if that upsets you.
