I got the pulley and belt off after pulling the main bracket off its mounts. Looks like I'll have to reflash back for a while until I can get a new pulley, no damage to s/c at least.

This just happened to me today while driving. I thought a hose popped off because of the pressure dispersal sound, but after inspecting the pulley was leaning against the compressor. Taking it apart right now.
Output shaft broke. Factory 30T-75 pulley on a C38. =( Its been almost exactly 3 years since install.
